At Bizzmirth Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (in association with UNIQBIZZ), we strive to provide seamless travel and service experiences to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, modifications, and refunds are processed for bookings, memberships, and other services offered through our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. BOOKING CANCELLATION

All travel bookings made through our platform, including holiday packages, hotel reservations, and other services, are subject to cancellation policies that may vary depending on the service provider. Cancellation requests must be made through the registered account or by contacting our support team. The applicable cancellation charges will depend on the time of cancellation, supplier policies, and the nature of the booking. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable as per vendor terms.

3. CANCELLATION TIMELINES

Cancellation charges are generally determined based on how early the cancellation request is made before the travel date. Cancellations made well in advance may incur minimal charges, while cancellations closer to the departure date may attract higher charges or may be non-refundable. In some cases, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a complete forfeiture of the booking amount.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, and any non-recoverable costs incurred by the company. Refunds are initiated only after confirmation from the respective service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport agencies. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or to the user’s wallet, depending on the nature of the transaction and company policies.

5. REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds, once approved, are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days. However, the actual credit timeline may vary depending on banking channels, payment gateways, or third-party providers. Delays caused by external entities are beyond the company’s control.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE COMPONENTS

Certain components of a booking may be non-refundable, including but not limited to visa fees, processing charges, service fees, convenience fees, and specific promotional or discounted packages. These charges will be clearly communicated at the time of booking wherever applicable.

7. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Membership plans, including Premium Select and Premium Select Lite, are non-refundable once activated. Members are entitled to the benefits as per the selected plan, and no cancellation or refund will be applicable after successful activation. Any misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. FRANCHISE & BUSINESS MODEL

Investments made under franchise, business partner, or similar programs are governed by separate agreements and terms. Cancellation and refund for such investments are subject to the specific contract signed and are not covered under standard booking refund policies.

9. MODIFICATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Any request for modification or rescheduling of bookings is subject to availability and approval by the service provider. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested. The company does not guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The company shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen events. In such cases, refunds or credits will be processed based on supplier policies and applicable conditions.

11. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to utilize booked services without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the full booking amount may be forfeited.

12. DISPUTES & CLAIMS

Any disputes related to cancellations or refunds must be raised within a reasonable time frame from the date of cancellation. The company will review such requests and provide a resolution based on internal policies and agreements with service providers.

13. POLICY UPDATES

The company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date.
