Users are required to make payments as per the selected plan, including full payment, installment options, or wallet usage. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services.

Membership plans such as Premium Select and Premium Select Lite are governed by specific benefits and usage rules. Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. The platform may provide wallet features such as Booking Wallet and Redemption Wallet for transactions, discounts, and withdrawals. Wallet balances, referral earnings, commissions, and incentives are subject to company policies and are non-refundable. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Users agree not to misuse the platform in any manner, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, data manipulation, or disruption of services. Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account and legal action if required.
Our services may involve third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and travel partners. The company acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, or omissions of these providers. Users are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
